Delores Landingham, better known as Mrs. Landingham
is sharp as a whip with a withering tongue and a reputation for cookies. She expects the best from every person she
knows and is disappointed when those around her don't live up to what she sees in them. She's a widow, who lost both
of her twin boys in the Vietnam war, but somehow finds it within her to continue to serve the country that's cost
her so much. She's an inspiration and the only one that can suitably push Jed Bartlet's buttons without concern. She's known him since he was a young man when she worked as his
father's secretary. She is co-executive secretary with President McGarry's Margaret and passed the time by terrorizing both th President and his Chief of Staff.
